We are committed to the ongoing engagement and collaboration with other child and family welfare programs, including state agencies, to strengthen our family’s connections to community resources. Founder & Executive Director
Alexander Burks is the founder and Executive Director. His foundation is the Child & Family Welfare sector and has dedicated his life to protecting and advocating for at-risk populations.
Chief Operating Officer
Michelle utilizes her experience in social services, human resources, and corporate America to lead and direct the programming of Hoosier Families.
Ciera brings her extensive background in individual, marriage, and family counseling, mood disorders, women’s issues, self-esteem issues, abuse, trauma, grief/loss, and more.
